Shipping Rates As Of 3-28-2008

Our tanning beds are shipped as Curb Side Service, meaning they will drop the bed off at the curb of your house *IF* they can access it. If you live down a a dirt road or other inaccessible area, call us before ordering. They do not come inside and assemble the bed for you. You need two persons to assist when it is delivered. Please inspect for damage and refuse if damaged, then call us.

Tanning Lotions, Small Parts and Accessories

To keep it simple, we charge a flat $9 for all small orders ($16 in AK and HI)   Please note that shipping rates for lotions are valid online only.  Lotion orders over the phone may have higher shipping rates.

Shipping for tanning beds and tanning lamps depends on which zone you live in, and prices are listed below.

Tanning Beds

Blue areas: $0 Truck Line shipping (included in price of bed)
Yellow areas: $200 Truck Line shipping
Green areas: $400 Truck Line shipping
Red areas: $900 to $1600 or more for Hawaii or Alaska (call)

Note:  Shipping prices have recently increased due to fuel surcharges and the high cost of diesel fuel.  This is most obvious in the western states.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about $4.00+ per gallon diesel, and as these charges are passed on to us, we must pass them on to our customers.

Tanning Lamps and Tanning Bulbs

We have simplifed the price structure of our lamps, and base the price of shipping upon the number of lamps shipped, and the part of the country where you live.  Small lamps such as 400 watt facial lamps and lamp starters are charged the same as lotions, $9 flat rate regardless of order size.  Please refer to the map below to see which color catagory your state fall in. 

NOTE:  Yes, shipping is expensive for lamps because this is what UPS charges us + cost of double boxing.  This price includes 100% insurance as well, so there is no risk to you.

In the event any product is offered with "Free shipping" it is assumed the customer will keep the products. In the event a product is returned, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs both to the customer and back, plus a fee if any packaging, parts or documentation is missing. Customer is responsible for insuring that all lamps are the correct size, wattage and type for their tanning bed and will be responsible for all transportation and restocking fees if the wrong lamps are ordered and shipped.
