Founded in Jan 1985, UVA SunSystems, Inc. is located just north of Greensboro, NC and is a leading manufacturer and distributor of indoor tanning equipment. They manufacture the SunMaster® and Virtual Sun® line of tanning bed, plus products like Revenge™, Blue Moon™, and Tequila SunRise™ tanning lotions, plus the entire line of SunMaster Custom lamps. We are the exclusive importer of Alpha Industries products, and offers a full line of premium European tanning equipment under the Alpha Sun name. Additional, SunMaster tanning beds are 100% American made in our facilities in Jemison, Alabama (45 minutes south of Birmingham).

SHIPPING INFO:
Our shipping policy and pricing is divided into three basic catagories: Tanning Beds, Tanning Lamps, Almost Everything Else.
Almost Everything Else includes lotions, parts, accessories and anything that can be shipped standard UPS. We charge a flat rate for small parts shipping, which is higher in AK and HI. Even if you buy 100 small parts, you pay the same shipping, so the more you buy, the more you save.
For prices on Tanning Beds and Tanning Lamps, you need to check our Shipping Rates page before making a commitment. You can track your shipments from our Support/FAQ area. You can always call us for tracking at 1-800-274-1744.
PRICING POLICY:
All prices shown on this website are based upon our "cash discount" price. Cash discount is valid for all purchases via Personal Check, Money Order, Certified Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Wire Transfers (phone orders only). Other methods of payment, including (but not limited to) financing and leasing, are not at this discounted price. If you have any questions regarding our pricing policies, feel free to call us. While every effort it made to prevent mistakes in calculating shipping costs and pricing our products, mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to mistakes, typographical errors, any malfunction of the servers in calculating your total order, or any other reason. SECURITY NOTICE:
Our three primary data centers are in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. These are all secured facilities, with no public access. While no system is perfect, we conduct regular security audits (including by outside security agencies) and take many steps to insure your personal information is safe. We use industrial grade encryption for all transactions. Our eccomerce site is managed by Yahoo, using FreeBSD. All other servers are run on the GNU/Linux platform.
