The SunMaster CX models are our most powerful tanning beds ever. The CX uses a new version of our most powerful electronics, that delivers MORE actual UV at the lamp than a regular 100W choke ballast, yet runs over 100 degrees cooler. In fact, they consume 30% less electricity and generate up to 80% less heat than choke ballasts. No lamp starters, no buckboost transformers, no headaches. They are a fully electronic, very high frequency design that was recently patented, and only available in a SunMaster commercial tanning bed.

Even though the CX model has lamps with their own reflectors built inside, we still use our most expensive reflector system to guarantee that any reflected UV will be dispursed evenly and nothing is wasted. Flat, pan reflectors ARE cheaper, but they don't compare to our specialized reflectors where it counts: Performance.

ClearTech 120R lamps look different because they ARE different. They are more than just a new twist on old lamp technology. They use completely different glass than ANY other lamp (it's patented, so other lamps can't use it). They use a revolutionary new phosphor blend designed to take advantage of this new found clarity. They have a different UV curve as well. More UV in the 285nm-287nm, 310nm-315nm and 360nm-370nm range, while they have almost NO output in the 320nm-340nm range (the range that doesn't tan you but may be responsible for wrinkles). Technical details aside, they are engineered to do more than just deliver high UV, they deliver it in the exact frequencies that make your body WANT to tan. The end result is much faster tanning, much darker and deeper tans, and the most "sun-like" tan you can possibly get, guaranteed.
