The Custom Shop 24LT starts with our new aircraft aluminum frame, built around the
dimensions of our legendary Signature Series. This revolutionary new structure is
lighter, stronger and more durable that most commercial tanning systems. This
insures decades of heavy use and a more reliable system overall. Each Custom Shop
24LT is hand crafted in America using only the finest materials and methods, by the
industries most experienced artisans.
Next, we have upgraded the electronics, making the Custom Shop 24LT the most powerful,
yet most energy efficient system in the world. This remarkable electronic system
uses 30% to 50% less power and generates 50% to 70% less heat than other tanning
beds. This has two advantages: One, this means our 24LT simply plugs into the
wall with no special wiring needed. Two, less heat means more comfort and a better
tanning experience. Since NO 220v connection or "buckboost transformer"
are needed, you save up to $300 at installation. No electrician needed. Two
persons can easily assemble the unit in less than one hour, since it is 95% assembled when
it arrives at your door.
The Custom Shop version of the 24LT has several upgrades,
including using our new Gen4 electronics, redesigned Ram Aim cooling system. It is
also sleeker and smoother than any other SunMaster we have ever built. Shown in

To make the Custom Shop LT the most comfortable home tanning bed made, we have
incorporated the Signature Series cooling bar. This unique feature is located at the
back of the tanning bed and blows cool air over you while you tan. Combined with our
cooling running electronics, computer designed acrylics, extended tanning surface and leg
tanning system, you can expect results that no other system can match, at any price.
The Custom Shop 24LT uses 24 very special lamps to provide 20% or more power to your
legs. As you can see in this image, the pink area covers your legs while the blue
section covers the rest of your body. The blue section uses a 5.0% phosphor that is
already up to 20% stronger than most OEM lamps, while the pink section uses a patented
blend of phosphors to reach a whopping 6.5% UVB rating. These are patented, custom
designed lamps available only with SunMaster tanning beds. Don't be confused with
look alikes or simple "two color" lamps.
Like all Custom Shop beds, the CS24LT comes with our deluxe
pillow. This is a large step up from the inflatable pillow shipped with Wolff beds.
It is one solid piece, heavy foam, and will last a lifetime. It is also form
fitted to be more supportive.
