This is a 100 pack of Customer Reference Cards (also known as the Consumer Statement Cards). We have two types: Starter and Continuation. They are approximately 5.5" x 8.5" (half sheet) in size, and have entries on both sides of the card. They are printed on heavy stock (not sheet paper). The Starter card is the one with the consumer statement that the customer signs. It has the questions that they need to be asked and the check boxes to answer them. It also has a place to log their first 18 visits. The Continuation card has only spots to log their visits, with no statement. It has a 50 slots (25 front, 25 back) to log their visits with a space for date, exposure time, operator, comments and customer's initials. You should start each new client with the Starter card, then use the Continuation card to log their visits after the Starter card is full (18 visits). We have three different options to buy the cards. Option 1: 50 Starter Cards, 50 Continuation Cards Option 2: 100 Starter Cards Option 3: 100 Continuation Cards Be sure to choose which pack you want below in the drop down box. The default is 50/50 since this is the most commonly purchased pack, and would be the right choice for new salons. |
